The new industrial building of MAPSA, paint company, is 4,500 m2. The project included earthworks, development, cementation, bases and civil works.

This facility is formed by two buildings, one being 110 x 25 m and the other one 65 x 20 m, attached by the 65 m side of the smaller one. Straight shape installations built on the ground floor through metalwork structure and closings.

It is 8 m high and it has an access from the outside platform and a loading and unloading dock for trucks. This building has a mixed cementation done by built-in pillars and wells with reinforced concrete footing. The closings on façade and roof have been executed with sandwich type metal panel and polycarbonate skylights in order to leverage sunlight.
