TAIZHOU (CHINA)

We started the property development project in China two years ago: an urban development in Taizhou, a city of 6 million inhabitants close to Shanghai.

The project was consolidated during 2006 with the inclusion of two major partners and a management and technical staff comprising 15 Chinese and Spanish people.

The company has also renewed its status as a property developer in China, acquired property rights over 230,000 m2 of land and commenced the first phase of construction work.
